I had the pleasure of working with Del Monte Electric on an accelerated two-month summer project for the Lafayette School District. The project was a complete fire alarm system upgrade, new data, and security system at two school sites on a total of 25 buildings. Del Monte Electric was extremely diligent, professional and pro-active.
On an aggressive summer project Del Monte Electric effectively submitted complete submittals, expedited material/equipment orders, and staffed the project with sufficient manpower. In my opinion Del Monte Electric was one of the very few electrical subcontractors that could have met the project schedule. The project was completed on time with little to no punch list or warranty issues.
