I began working with Del Monte Electric in 2019, and over a relatively short period of time I was able to notice a few traits that truly emphasizes the word “partner” in trade partner. First, they are very competent, reliable, and knowledgeable in what they do; but there is something in Del Monte that you won’t easily find elsewhere: they care. Del Monte truly cares about those who they impact, from their clients to their own employees. They take ownership of what they do and go the extra mile for the benefit of the team. Currently, Del Monte is on a learning path on how to innovate through reciprocity, adaptability, and coevolution. I cannot wait to see the heights they will reach.
