Project Description: This 12,000 SF project is the multi-phased renovation and expansion of the emergency department within an operating hospital. The emergency department was to remain functional while keeping a certain number of beds available to patients throughout all phases of the project.

The full project included renovating non-patient, administrative space into a public waiting area, two triage rooms, and a waiting space. Followed by demolishing the emergency department’s triage and public waiting spaces and converting them into thirteen new treatment bays, converting a former treatment bay into a CT room, building a new canopy and patient drop of area. And finally converting exiting treatment bays into a secured holding room, isolation room and three treatment bays.
