Description: 90 Pacific was a remodel of 7 occupied floors, 63 apartments, 18 ADA and 14 HVI (hearing and visually impaired) modified apartments, a community clubhouse, patio and kitchen.  Del Monte Electric installed all of the electrical, fire alarm systems, data, security, power and lighting.  The schedule was intermittently accelerated to accommodate tenant residency.  The project required extensive coordination with other trades to meet the many deadlines.
